From Source to Tin.

FROM ORCHARD TO TIN

“Pure oil does not happen by accident.”

The Avo Company’s (TAC) avocado oil follows a carefully controlled journey, from Hass avocados grown in Mediterranean orchards to mechanical extraction, multiple rounds of laboratory testing, and protective tin packaging.

Pure oil happens through process.

At TAC, the process is built to protect purity, stability, and traceability at every step.

ROOTED IN MEDITERRANEAN AGRICULTURE

Our avocado oil begins its journey in Spain, produced by an agricultural family with Mediterranean roots. The avocados are grown in Malaga region, where the climate is well suited for cultivating Hass avocados.

Hass avocados are selected because of their naturally high oil content. Harvesting takes place once the fruit reaches full maturity. Each batch is inspected so that only healthy, mature avocados move forward. It takes 14 to 18 avocados to produce a 450 ml bottle of TAC’s Naturally Refined Avocado Oil.

FROM FRUIT TO OIL

Selected fruits are de-stoned, peeled and ground into avocado paste. The paste undergoes mechanical extraction, where oil is separated using centrifugation and physical separation – without the use of chemicals or solvents.

TAC’s 100% Pure Avocado Oil further undergoes physical refining to remove impurities through:

EVERY BATCH IS VERIFIED

TRANSPARENCY & TIN PACKAGING

Transparency You Can Verify: Each approved batch has a unique code printed on the tin. Enter this on our website to view the specific laboratory report for your oil.

Why Tin? To protect against light and oxygen, TAC uses light-blocking tin. Our tins feature a controlled-pour cap to regulate airflow and maintain smoke point stability – essential for warm, bright Indian kitchens.
