An oil shouldn’t just be a cooking medium — it should be a source of wellness. Here’s what the science says about avocado oil.
MUFA Rich
High in Monounsaturated Fatty Acids (67g per 100ml) — the same heart-healthy fat in olive oil, known to support healthy cholesterol levels and reduce inflammation.
Heat Stable
A smoke point of 270°C prevents the formation of harmful free radicals during deep frying or tadkas. Higher than sunflower, mustard, and coconut oil.
Antioxidant Dense
Our refining process preserves Vitamin E and Lutein — natural antioxidants essential for eye health and skin vitality that most refined oils strip away.
Zero Hexane
Cold or expeller pressed — no chemical solvents. Most cooking oils in India use hexane for extraction. Ours doesn't. Free from Argemone oil.
