Shipping Policy
Orders placed on The Avo Company (www.theavocompany.com) are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
We ship across serviceable locations in India through third-party logistics partners.
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Metro cities: 2 to 5 business days
- Other locations: 5 to 10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics delays, weather conditions, or regional disruptions.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly shown during checkout.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Purchases made from the online on www.theavocompany.com cannot be returned once delivered, as our products fall under the category of consumable food items.
However, we offer replacement of products if:
- The product was damaged during transit, or
- An incorrect product was delivered.
Replacement requests will be processed once our customer support team validates the issue via email, phone, or WhatsApp, along with supporting photographs and or video of product and packaging if required.
All replacement or refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery of the order.
Requests raised beyond this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped from our warehouse.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–10 working days, depending on the payment provider or bank processing timelines.
